Introduction

 

We are Ine Knops-Tillie ( born in 1956 ) and Ed Knops ( born in 1953  and we live in Sevenum a village which is situated in the south of the Netherlands.
We have both worked in education, but have been working with clay on a full-time basis since 1993. 

Nowadays our work mainly consists of:

  • experimenting with raku and variations on this method to invent new techniques
  • doing workshops, teaching raku ( variations )
  • writing books, shooting films about raku ( variations )
  • selling raku related material.
